Ten Things I Think I Think…

Some football fans will recognize this title as I am blatantly stealing it from the SI writer Peter King.

I do this 1. because I love his writing and 2. I think it is a great idea. Hopefully I can make it a more regular feature so Smackfu will have some more content,

So let’s begin, Shall we?

1. I think that the “recession” is really a depression, and until we stop hiding from the truth, nothing will get fixed.

2. I think the Reese’s Pieces sundae with Cookies N Cream ice cream at Friendly’s is one of the finest creations on the planet.

3. I think PETA was a good idea that has gone horribly wrong. How do people hate their own species so much?

4. I think I still want the new Challenger, but it will take me years to be able to afford one.

5. I think we live in interesting times. The US has just elected it’s first Black President, and Iceland just elected the worlds first openly gay Prime Minister. There may be hope for humanity yet.

6. I think I will never understand some of my friends, but I love them anyway.

7. I think if I had to live somewhere other than the area of the States that I do, Denver would not be a bad choice.

8. I think I still don’t know what I want to be when I grow up.

9. I think I’ll have a beer.

10. I think Shultz was right. Happiness is a warm puppy.
